Service Description

Please arrive 15 min early to sign a waiver. We will borrow your child a uniform (gi) to wear. Please bring shorts/shirt to wear underneath. In this class we focus on discipline, respect, movement, body awareness, sport Jiu Jitsu, and self defence. Note: Saturday is a no Gi class. Just shorts/shirt.
